Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to our growth at our manufacturing plants.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of glass polishing equipment, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
- Develop and implement process improvements, including new techniques and optimization of existing procedures, to enhance the efficiency and quality of the glass polishing process.
- Design and conduct training programs for team members on processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and develop plans to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are available to meet production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and operational regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repair, production data, and other relevant information.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all glass polishing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in manufacturing, with significant experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of training in both manual and automated methods.
- Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze production data and develop plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to train and supervise team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address issues.
- Familiarity with applicable safety regulations.
