Responsibilities:

To perform engineering duties in the planning and acquisition of engines, machines, and other mechanical equipment for our glass fabrication company. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as glass cutting tables, “CNC” (numerical control machines), tempering furnaces, insulated glass lines, and lamination ovens. Estimate costs or submit bids for new equipment and machinery for the production process.

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 2+ years’ experience in hot end and cold end processes of float glass manufacturing.
